I should have mentioned Cardinal, it was great, and did you see Plan B, she played a fairly unpleasant character and was wholly convincing. My feeling is that Hollywood probably involves too many compromises, bad people and the wealth and fame is not worth selling your soul.

Another French Canadian actress that is highly underrated is Charlotte Le Bon who is now based in Paris. She was in the most recent season of the White Lotus so I’m hoping she gets more work.

I did try one episode of the house restoration Karine Vanasse is doing, in French, it was hard work and then I needed to register to see more.
